Booking & Payments

• All themed package bookings must be made with at least 7 days' notice to allow for preparation.

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining package balance due at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Your event will be cancelled if payment is not made.

• Payments must be made via bank transfer, online payment, or in-person at the salon before the event.

• Any additional treatments or services added to your package on the day, can be paid for by card or cash at the salon.​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 72 hours' notice. Changes made after this period will result in the loss of the deposit.

• In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the full booking amount will be non-refundable.

• Reschedules are subject to availability and must be rebooked within 30 days of the original date.

Arrival & Late Policy

• Guests must arrive on time to ensure they get the full experience.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid overlapping with other bookings.

• If the group is more than 45 minutes late, the booking may be forfeited without a refund.

Food & Allergies

• If your package includes food, all allergies and dietary requirements must be reported at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

• We take care to prevent cross-contamination; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Teen Takeover Package - Parental Consent & Supervision

• This package is exclusively for teens aged 13-17.

• Alcohol is strictly prohibited during Teen Takeover events

• A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for all attendees.

• At least one responsible adult must be present during the session.

General Terms

• Your package is for private group use only, and additional guests cannot be added on the day without prior approval.

• Guests must follow all facility and safety guidelines, including the responsible use of the hot tub, steam saunas, and other amenities.

• Alcohol is permitted in moderation, but excessive drinking or disorderly behaviour may result in early termination of the booking without a refund.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings—please keep valuables secure.

• Any damage to the salon, facilities, or equipment caused by guests will be the responsibility of the booking party and may result in additional charges.
